Short Bio

I'm the founder of Second Realm - an award-winning, tech-forward art studio at the forefront of Web3 since 2019. Before diving into Web3, I honed my skills operationalizing service design and customer experience strategies with tech titans like Twitter and Google. Initial research with Google's People Operations team, alongside my leadership in research efforts on Employee Experience at Twitter, fueled my interest in workforce dynamics and the future of work. As a result, I returned to Rutgers University to complete a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Employment Relations with a concentration in Work Organization and Management. I'm on track to graduate summa cum laude in May 2024. I live in New Jersey with my rescued Labrador-Samoyed mix dog, Bailey.

Second Realm

I'm the artist behind Second Realm - a tech-forward art studio focused on the intersection of Web3 and creative expression. To make it even more confusing, I also use it as my psuedonym.

I'm known for inventing social liquidity mining, pioneering the NFT Trash Art movement, and pushing the boundaries of intellectual property (IP) and digital ownership in Web3. I’m also credited with starting the Alt-Punks movement, which is responsible for popularizing derivative digital art collections.

Eric's Creative Bytes

Recently I've been reflecting on how technourisment and zombie futurism have shaped my artistic identity in an era of increased hypeflation, velocity and technological advancement. My aim is to use this time to embrace authenticity and make things that stay true to my artistic soul.

The intention behind this microsite is to link to it in social media bios and email signatures. I've set up custom short URLs epr.is/me and eprhod.es to redirect to it.
